1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged upon delivery

  • The item is defective or not as described

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or our website with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item 

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with you for the return process.

3. Return Process

We will arrange for the item to be picked up, or guide you on how to send it back. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during return transit.

4. Refund Policy

Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided as follows:

  • In the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a replacement will be offered where possible.

  • If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.

Please note that we do not provide cash refunds at the time of return pickup.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery
